JLPT 1 Kanji collection, the ninth one hundred words

Japanese immigration laws have changed a lot since May 7, 2012. That day the Immigration Bureau of Japan has introduced a so-called point based system to evaluate foreigners that are willing to enter Japan. Foreigners with high education level are prioritized over not-educated people. The Immigration Bureau evaluates applicants based on their professional career and if the total points are more than 70, special treatment will be granted. This means several benefits, such as grant for 5 years of stay, permission for multiple activities and so on. And here comes JLPT. If you have passed the most difficult level, N1, it counts 15 points for you.
